How do I create an account?

You can create an account during Checkout or login in as a Returning Customer. NOTE: an account is required to complete your order.

What if I forgot my password or have difficulty logging in?

On the Checkout page, click on the “Lost your password?” link. Enter your Username or Email address and click on “Reset Password” button. You will receive a link to create a new password via email.

Is there a minimum dollar amount to order?

No minimum order amount, however you will receive FREE Shipping if your order is more than $40.

Will I receive an email confirmation for my order?

Yes, an email confirmation will be sent once the order is received by our order department, and a second email will be sent when the order has shipped.

Is payment on your site secure?

How do you handle out of stock or backordered items?

If an item is out of stock, we’ll call and email you stating the status of the item.

Orders submitted before 2:00pm CST will ship the same day (Monday-Friday). If there are any issues regarding your order, we’ll contact you either by email or phone (i.e. price differences or out of stock items).

What shipping options are offered?

Items are shipped via USPS and will take 10-25 days for delivery.

Do you ship internationally?

No. We only ship to USA continental addresses.

Yes we charge appropriate sales taxes depending on the state being shipped to.

Can I get instructions on how to use RIZN vapes?

Take off the sticker on the bottom of the vape labeled “REMOVE BEFORE USE”. Then take out the safety tip insert from the mouthpiece.

What ingredients are in the vapes?

RIZN vapes contain Vegetable Glycerin, Propylene Glycol, Nicotine, Natural & Artificial Flavors.

How many puffs of a vape are equal to (1) cigarette?

If smokers usually take up to 15 puffs from a cigarette before extinguishing it, then by this measure, a disposable vape offering 6000 puffs would roughly be equal to (20) packs of cigarettes.

No, all of our RIZN vapes are disposable and not refillable.
